I want to cancel my order
If you opt to cancel your order after paying for it, you will get a full or partial refund depending on order status. If a writer has not yet been assigned to complete your paper, you can claim a 100% refund. The amount of refund thereafter will be proportional to the non-elapsed deadline. This is because we have to compensate our writers for work already done.
I paid twice for my order
In the event that you mistakenly make a double payment, our ordering system will automatically flag your order as having an error. We will then refund the extra amount immediately.
I accidentally placed two identical orders
Before we begin work on identical orders, we will call you to ascertain that they have not been placed in error. If you have placed an order by accident, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount paid to the firm.
No Suitable writer was found to work on my order
In case we fail to find a writer suited to your order, we will refund the full amount paid to us. This, however, is unlikely to happen as we do not accept orders that our team cannot handle.
My paper was late
Late delivery of a paper entitles you to a partial refund on your paper. If your order is late by 1 hour or less, we will give you a 15% refund on your order. If we delay by 1 to 3 hours, you will get a 25% refund. Afterwards, you get a 50% refund with the option to cancel your order and get a full refund. However, with our on-time delivery policy, this is an extremely rare scenario.
The revision of my paper was late
Revision orders are eligible to the same refund policy as regular orders. We guarantee on-time delivery for revisions with a fully-fledged refund policy to secure your revision order.
I am not fully satisfied with the quality of the paper. However, I accept it and will revise it myself. I request a partial refund.
We understand that you may need to perform a revision yourself. For this reason, we grant 35% refunds to clients who opt to revise their papers.
I am totally dissatisfied with the quality of the paper, so I have decided to write it myself. I request a full refund.
Our dispute resolution team will be at hand to deal with this scenario. If you feel that our work is totally unacceptable, we shall analyses the delivered paper vis-à-vis the delivered paper and then grant you a full or partial refund depending on the outcome of our analysis.
I would like to receive a refund for an additional service/feature
If you opt our of receiving additional services, such as delivery of cited material, we will simply refund the extra amount paid to us and cancel the extra service
I received my completed paper, but forgot to approve it
If you do not click on the approve button on your control portal, our system will retain the order in pending status until expiry of a 14 day grace period. Afterwards, the order will automatically be flagged as complete.
